This artifact is a press statement from the Zephyr Airline communications team in response to a reported client data breach. The statement was drafted in a collaborative effort by me and three other team members. The statement was released (December 2019) about 3 simulated days following the first report of the breach, the moment the company confirmed that internal servers had been impacted. We released this new information with the hopes of assuring stakeholders that Zephyr was actively working to protect and safeguard their client information. This was an effort at transparency to preserve stakeholder trust. This artifact allowed us to demonstrate expertise for L1-6 and D3 by working together, active listening, polished messaging and appropriately identifying our stakeholder salience. The crisis simulation provided a platform for most of our learning outcomes to be put into play.
