This artifact is a research paper addressing the resistant adoption of two-way symmetrical communication strategies by fairs. It was produced in October of 2019 as a result of my fascination how the internet is changing the way organizations communicate. I was particularly interested in the way stakeholders reciprocate communication with fairs and the way that they engage with one another. The speed and reach of the internet has changed the landscape of communication strategies. It’s a game changer in terms of organizational transparency, stakeholder stewardship, and employee buy-in. This paper demonstrates my ability to assess complex organizational environments, the barriers that impede communication effectiveness, how to deliver an elegant message appropriate to the audience (L2, L3, L6), and my ability to be equipped to influence change (D3).
